A DMCA notice is a notice used by an owner of copyrighted content when that person discovers an infringing copy of that content elsewhere on the Internet. The DMCA notice is an alert and request to the owner of the Internet server to investigate and remove the offending content. This sample notice can be used in order to assert rights of a copyright holder.
